Aston Martin unveils a new version of its iconic V8 Vantage with 665 hp, this time in a Roadster variant. This convertible model features a canvas roof, a nod to classic roadsters, while adding a modern touch and recalling the brand’s roots. The roof deploys in 6.7 seconds, allowing for a quick open-air driving experience.

After the reveal of the Vantage Coupé last February, Aston Martin presents its Roadster variant. The latter adopts the lines of the coupé. However, with its Roadster design, the two-seater asserts itself even more. The wide grille and side air intakes emphasize its sporty character, while the sleek silhouette, once the roof is folded, reveals a perfect harmony between power and elegance on this 2025 Aston Martin Vantage Roadster. In December 2024, Aston Martin also unveiled the final version of the Valhalla.

In the interior of this superb Aston Martin Vantage Roadster, it has been designed to maximize comfort while maintaining precise and immersive driving. The seats, made of premium leather, are both ergonomic and refined, offering optimal support. The cockpit, minimalist yet modern, is composed of high-end materials such as aluminum and carbon fiber. The central 10.25-inch touchscreen integrates a next-generation multimedia interface, while the controls are placed to facilitate the driving experience.

Let’s focus on the main interest of the roadster version of the latest Vantage V8. Despite the addition of the roof mechanism, Aston Martin engineers have managed to limit the weight gain to just 60 kg compared to the coupé. This technical achievement should allow the roadster to retain the agility and driving sensations that made the Vantage famous.

In terms of its engine, this roadster version of the Vantage is equipped with the 4.0L V8 biturbo that develops 665 hp and 800 Nm of torque, identical to the coupé, of course. This results in an acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.5 seconds, with a top speed close to 325 km/h.

Finally, the Aston Martin Vantage Roadster will be available for order from the second quarter of 2025. Let’s conclude with its presentation video.
